James entered the field of Real Estate in 2005 after spending 10 years in Operations and Provider Relations for Empire Blue Cross. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as Inventory and Distribution Manager for Bern’s Camera Stores.  He has also been a wedding photographer since 1983.

James has spent his entire life in the Capital Region having been raised in Watervliet and now living in Guilderland.

James holds an Associate Broker license and is active in both commercial and residential real estate. He has a great track record representing both buyers and sellers.
