Elizabeth Hanley has been the Manager of CM Fox Real Estate since January 2013. In January 2019 Beth assumed the role of Vice President while still managing the day to day operations. Before stepping into a management position Beth was a multi-million dollar sales leader. With many years of experience and a strong background in business management, customer service, and personal finance, Beth is able to offer the CM Fox Real Estate agents the support and guidance they need to be successful. Beth holds a New York State Associate Broker real estate license, she is a member of NAR, and NYSAR, she holds a place as a member of the Global MLS Professional Standards Committee, and she was fortunate to be the 2017 recipient of Agent of the Year award from the Women's Council of Realtors.

"I wanted to share with you the excitement that I had when I bought my first house with the help of Beth Hanley. In fact, I knew Beth from my mother because she bought her first house working with Beth. When they were going to look at different houses, I was with them often, and I saw how she was interacting with us. She had perfect knowledge of real estate, she was respectful, she was patient, and she was willing to find all possible ways to help my mother buy the house that she picked.
